The roots and foundation of WR Hospitality began in 1977 with the opening of Minervas Restaurant in Downtown Sioux Falls, SD. In 1994, Minervas Restaurant Group partnered with Regency Hotel Management for the purpose of owning, operating, leasing, and managing first-class restaurants, convention centers and resort lodges. In addition to expanding the Minervas brand, WR Hospitality has developed several other concepts from corner diners to high-end steak houses. We have grown to become the largest independent restaurant company in the state of South Dakota, and the best of the Midwest.
